Mrs. Dorothy Harris, age 82, of 302 Hellams Street, Fountain Inn, passed away Wednesday, August 12, 2026.  Born in Laurens County, SC, she was a daughter of the late Sam Boyd and Lucy Griffin Boyd and wife of the late Oliver Harris, Sr.

She is survived by three daughters, Arlene Harris Smith of Wilson, NC, Carol (Clarence) Sims of Byram, MS and Keisha Harris of Fountain Inn, SC; one son, Oliver Harris, Jr. of Philadelphia, PA; six grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.

Funeral service will be held 1 p.m., August 22, 206 at Mt. Zion Baptist Church, Fountain Inn.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
