Mrs. Dornice C. Robinson, age 89, of Highway 221, Waterloo, died Thursday, September 1, 2016 at the Hospice Care of the Piedmont. A daughter of the late Horace Smith and Harriet Cunningham and wife of the late Lewis Robinson, she was a member of the Good Hope Baptist Church and a former employee of The Torrington Company. She is survived by five sons, Johnny Lee (Linda) Cunningham, Wesley (Alice) Robinson and Curtis Robinson all of Waterloo, Charles Robinson of Simpsonville and George (Angie) Robinson of Hodges; four daughters, Bertha (Willie) Byrd and Christine Robinson of Laurens, Harriet Cunningham and Barbara Ann Golden of Waterloo; seventeen grandchildren; twenty great grandchildren and a host of great-great grandchildren. Funeral service will be held 2:30 p.m., Sunday, September 4, 2016 at the Good Hope Baptist Church, with Rev. Lewis Duckett and Evangelist Linda Cunningham officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The family is at the home. Beasley Funeral Home, Laurens is in charge of arrangements.
