Mrs. Delores Yates Hill, age 88 of Greenville, South Carolina passed away on Saturday, June 3, 2023, at her residence. Born in Greenville, South Carolina, a daughter of the late Corine Gamble and the wife of the late Joe Robert Hill. She was educated in the public schools of Greenville County and graduated from Sterling High School class of 1950. She accepted Christ as her personal Savior and offered her time, tithe, and talent as a long-time member of Zion Hill Baptist Church until her health declined and retired from Kemet Electronics after twenty plus years of dedicated service. She also was a member of the Manhattan Social Club.

She is survived by her loving and caring children, Tamurra "Tammy" Miller of Piedmont, South Carolina; two sons, Tyrone (Lorrie) Hill of Greenville, South Carolina and Jassen Hill of Mauldin, South Carolina; one adopted sister, Dorothy Victrum of Jefferson, Georgia; one grandson, Antwon Sweeney of the home and four great grandchildren.

Public viewing will be on Friday, June 9, 2023, from 10am-7pm

Celebrating of Life will be held, 2pm Saturday, June 10, 2023, at Beasley Funeral Home Chapel, Greenville. Interment will be in Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
