Mr. Bennie Latimer, age 95, of Fort Lindley Road in Laurens, South Carolina passed away on Saturday, February 21,2026 at the Martha Franks Baptist Retirement Center in Laurens, South Carolina. He is survived by two great-grandchildren Aaron and Derick Thompson;  two brothers, Furman Latimer, and Thomas J. (Shirley) Latimer.

Funeral services for Mr. Bennie L. Latimer will be held on Friday, February 27,2026 at 2pm at the Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Laurens, with Reverend Mitchell Aiken officiating, burial will follow in the church cemetery where Military Rites will be given.

Public viewing will be held on Thursday from 1-6pm at the Beasley Funeral Home Laurens.

The family are at their respected homes.
