Mr. Daryl Jerome Corbett was born in Macon, Georgia, on June 27, 1964, to the late Daisy Mae Carey and Marvin Cook. The Lord called him home on September 30, 2022, after a long battle with illness. He joined the Northwest Pentecostal Church as a child.

Daryl was educated in the Atlanta Public School System and graduated from Roosevelt High School in 1982. He worked for Ritz Carlton for many years before his health declined. Even with his failing health, he was an avid WWE wrestling fan, Georgia Bulldogs, Atlanta Falcons, and Atlanta Braves fan.

He is preceded in death by his mother and wife, Patricia Hill Corbett.

His memory will forever linger in the hearts of those who love him. He leaves to cherish his memory father, Marvin Cook of Atlanta, GA; five brothers, Anthony (Gail) Corbett of Atlanta, GA; Terrance (Cassandra) Corbett of Atlanta, GA; Derrick (Sharocka) Corbett of Grand Prairie, TX; Terry (Unchantra) Kenny of Riverdale, GA; and Marvin (Tashondia) Cook of Simpsonville, SC. Along with a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Public Viewing for Mr. Corbett will be held Friday, October 7, 2022 from 11:00am-6:00pm at Beasley Funeral Home, Fountain Inn.

The family will receive family and friends one hour prior to the funeral service, and Funeral Services will be begin at 12 Noon, Saturday, October 8, 2022 at New Unity Baptist Church, 3675 Martin Luther King Jr Dr. SW., Atlanta Ga with Burial immediately following services in Westview Cemetery, 1680 Westview Drive SW, Atlanta, GA 30310. The family will receive family and friends one hour prior to the service .
