Mr. Courtney Dante Thomas, age 29, of Herdon, Virginia, passed away on Sunday, June 18, 2023, at Sentara Northern Virginia Medical Center, Woodbridge, Virginia surrounded by his loving and caring family. He was born in Greenville, South Carolina on Saturday, August 7, 1993, a son of Kiva Dawson and the late Carlos Dante Thomas. He is survived by his devoted and loving mother, Kiva Dawson-Pepper; his bonus father, Ronald Pepper; three brothers, Travokas (Taknisha) Dawson, Carlos Chavez Thomas, and Kyzer Dante Thomas; one sister, Angel Thomas; his friend and partner, Sade' Danielle Cook; maternal uncle, Deval (Lavetta)Permenter; his best friend, Derrell Brown.

Public viewing will be from 10am-7pm on Friday, June 30, 2023, in the chapel of Beasley Funeral Home Greenville Chapel.
