Mrs. Corneal D. Scott, age 69, of 109 Ridgecrest Drive, Fountain Inn, passed away Friday, February 27, 2026.  Born in Gaffney, SC, she was a daughter of the late Thomas Dowdle and Hallean Smith Dowdle and wife of the late Frank Scott, Jr.  She is survived by three daughters, Delta Leake, Hallean Walker and Tineal Burney; two sisters, Wanda Littlejohn and Sandra Norris; eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Funeral service will be held 2 p.m., Friday, March 6, 2026 at Beasley Funeral Home Chapel, Fountain Inn.  Burial will be in New Liberty Baptist Church Cemetery.
