Mrs. Connie Diane Hunter Young of Markham, Illinois and native of Laurens County transitioned to her Heavenly home on March 5, 2024. She was the daughter of the late Oberan and Carrie Richardson Hunter. She survived by her husband,Alfred Young Jr.; one daughter, Alfreda(Terrence) Young- Muhammed; one son, Alfred Young III; one grandson, Alex Young- Johnson;  three sisters, Geraldine Hunter Jones, Gracie Hunter White and Alice Hunter Shumpert; two brothers, Bennie Hunter Sr and Roger Leon Hunter and a host of loving family and friends.
