Mr. Clarence Marvin Stephens, age 71, of 212 Crepe Myrtle Court, Greenville, SC, formerly of Laurens, passed away Thursday, January 9, 2025 at the Prisma Health and Rehab, Greenville, SC. A son of the late Columbus R. and Hattie Mae Brewster Stephens. He is survived by his wife, Mrs Mary Chick Stephens of the home; one son, Nicholas Stephens; one brother, Columbus Marion (Thelma) Stephens and a sister, Mable Stephens.

Services for Mr. Clarence Marvin Stephens will be held 1p.m., Tuesday, January 14, 2025 at the Mount Zion Missionary Baptist Church in Laurens. Before the service, a visitation will be held 12 Noon until12:45 and the service will start at 1 p.m., with Pastor Sammie Stroud officiating. The burial will take place in the Westview Memorial Park in Laurens, SC. The family is at their respective home.
