Mr. Christopher Massey, age 33, formerly of Laurens, passed away on Friday, September 20, 2019 in Greenville, S.C. He is survived by his parents, Wendell Massey and Kim Austin; four sons, Immanuel McGrier, Jamarvious Massey, Jah'khyri Massey, and Jamarcus Xavier Massey;one step-daughter, Shiangela Lynch; three brothers, Wendell Massey, Sergio Massey, and Ahmad Williams; five sisters, Dakeia Smith, Ebony Adams, Valeka Adams, Essence Massey, and Shabazz Dendy; Paternal grandparents, David and Allie Massey Jr.; Maternal Grandparents, Mozie and Annie Austin. A host of many other relatives and friends. Funeral arrangements for Mr. Christopher Massey will be held on Thursday, September 26, 2019 at 2pm at the Beaverdam Baptist Church in Enoree, S.C. with Reverend Sammie Stroud officiating. Burial to follow in the Poplar Springs AME Church Cemetery in Laurens. The Beasley Funeral Home of Laurens is in charge of the final arrangements. The family will gather at the home of his Father Wendell Massey 355 Goldsmith Road, Simpsonville, S.C., and at the home of his sister Dakeia Smith 522 Sullivan Street, in Laurens, S.C.
