Mr. Charlie Palmer, age 71, of 106 Dogwood Road, Gray Court, died Wednesday, March 4, 2020 at Simpsonville Health and Rehab. He is survived by wife, Linda Palmer, a daughter, Kimberly Palmer Parris, two grandchildren, LaQuan T. Canty and Ke'Sean A. Palmer; one great-grand, Ami K. Pizarro, and a very special caregiver, Reverend Delores Poole; four sisters-in-law, Viola (John) Greer, Connie (Harry) Smiling, Jeanette (James) Rhames and Lanelle (James Richburg) DesChamps; three brothers-in-law, Julius (Deborah) DesChamps, Louis (Denise) DesChamps and George (Lucille) DesChamps; a host of loving cousins, nieces, nephews and grand nieces and grand nephews; special nephew, Bernard Palmer of Jacksonville, FL, special niece, Melissa Palmer Coolidge, GA; beloved cousin's Sherial Pearson Manning, SC and Charles Robinson North Santee, SC. Funeral service will be held 1 p.m., Saturday, March 14, 2020 at Beasley Funeral Home Chapel, Fountain Inn, with Rev. Jermaine Putman officiating. Burial will be in Center Rabun Baptist Church, with Rev. Albert Blandin officiating. Burial will be in the Center Rabun Baptist Church Cemetery. The family is at the home.
