Mr. Charles Lee Willis Graves, affectionately known as "Toot", age 53, of 160 Dogwood Road, Gray Court, SC, passed away Thursday, April 30, 2024. Born in Laurens County, South Carolina, he was a son of the late Charlie Kilgo and Lois Neal Graves Kilgo.

He is survived by  one brother, Johnny Graves and two sisters, Reverend Patricia Jones and Reverend Delores Sullivan.

Funeral services will be held 2 p.m., Sunday, May 5, 2024 at the Center Rabun Baptist Church. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

The family is at their respective homes.
