Mrs. Betty Jean Tolbert Williams, age 80, of 617 Richardson Street, Apt. # 144, Simpsonville, SC, passed away Saturday, September 10, 2022 at Greenville Memorial Hospital, Greenville, SC. Born in Laurens County, South Carolina, she was a daughter of the late John Nero Talbert and Lucille Osborne Talbert. She is survived by two sons, Johnny Bernard Williams of Simpsonville, SC and Mark Anthony (Brenda) Williams of Navarro, Florida; one daughter, Stephanie Joyce Bolden of Simpsonville, South Carolina; one sister, Faye Workman of Lithonia, Georgia; nine grandchildren and twenty-six great-grandchildren.

Public Viewing for Ms. Betty Jean T. Williams will be from 11:00am-6:00pm Friday, September 16, 2022 at Beasley Funeral Home, Fountain Inn.

Funeral services will be held 11 a.m., Saturday, September 17, 2022 at Mt. Carmel AME Church with Reverend Paul Wharton officiating. Burial will immediately follow in the church cemetery.
