Mrs. Bessie Ruth Philson, age 90, of 698 Chapman Road, Fountain Inn, passed away Wednesday, February 5, 2025. Born in Laurens County, she was a daughter of the late Roy Lee Fuller and Bessie L. Cunningham Fuller. She is survived by three sons, Reverend Sam Rainey, Eddie "T.C." (Yolanda) Rainey and Curt (Sonya) Philson; two daughters, Mary J. (Michael) Sullivan and Rose Ann (Moses) Randolph; one brother, James Lewis Fuller; five sisters, Hattie Cunningham, Mary Alice Madden, Patricia Wallace, Clara Burnside and Bessie (Sullivan) Thomas; thirty-seven grandchildren and a host of great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held 1 p.m., Saturday, February 15, 2025 at Golden View Baptist Church, with Reverend Jeffery Williams officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
