Mrs. Bertha C. Simpson, age 85, of 708 Boyd Road, Laurens, South Carolina, passed away at her residence on Saturday, January 31, 2026. She is survived by her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren; one brother and one sister.

Funeral services will be held 2 p.m., Saturday, February 7, 2026 at the St. John Baptist Church in Cross Hill, SC, with Pastor Ernest Rice Jr.  Burial will follow in the Westview Memorial Park in Laurens.

Public viewing will be held on Friday,February 6, 2026 from 1-6.

The family is at the home.
