Mrs. Beatrice Byrd Williams, age 93, of 225 Quiet Circle, Gray Court, S.C., Ora Community, passed away on Sunday, July 9, 2023 at NHC Health Care of Laurens, SC. She is survived by one son, Mr. David l. Williams Jr.; two daughters; Mrs. Nancy W. (Charles) Smith, Joyce W. Watts; 16 grandchildren; and a host of great-grandchildren.

Funeral arrangements for Mrs. Beatrice Byrd Williams will be held on Friday, July 14, 2023, at 2p.m at the Poplar Springs AME Church in Laurens, S.C. with Reverend Roland Sigman officiating, burial will follow in the church cemetery. The Beasley Funeral Home of Laurens is in charge of the arrangements. The family is at the home.
