Mrs. Annie Lee Fowler, age 93, of 21 Plank Drive, Laurens, died Sunday, April 9, 2017 at the Laurens County Hospital, Clinton. Born in Laurens County, a daughter of the late Earnest Hudgens and Beatrice Bryson, Hudgens, she was a member of the Bethel Hall Baptist Church. She is survived by two sons, Steve (Nina) Fowler and Rickey (India) Fowler of Laurens; three daughters, Betty (Harold) Scott of Honea Path, Annie Mae Rice of Laurens and Sandra (Morris) Madden of Charlotte, NC; two sisters, Betty (Marion) Coffey of Los Angeles, CA, Margaret Hameil of New Jersey; fourteen grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren. Funeral service will be held 2 p.m., Saturday, April 15, 2017, at the Bethel Hall Baptist Church, with Rev. Thomas Dendy officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The family is at the home. Beasley Funeral Home, Laurens is in charge of arrangements.
