Mrs. Annie Ruth Eichelberger, age 92, of 1373 Trinity Church Road, Laurens, passed away Thursday, January 29, 2026.  Born in Laurens County, she was a daughter of the late Climson Jones, Sr. and Carrie Alberta Irby Jones and wife of the late Eddie Eichelberger.

She is survived by one son, Homer Eichelberger; four daughters, Geneva Eichelberger, Barbara Phillips, Yvonne Eichelberger and Latricia Washington; three brothers, Robert Jones, Williams Jones and Lewis Jones; three sisters, Nettie Black, Brenda Irby and Sarah Hudgens; a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held 2 p.m., Friday, February 20, 2026 at Pleasant Missionary Baptist Church.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
