Mrs. Alberta Clardy Jett, age 97, of Washington, D.C., (formerly of Laurens) passed away on Sunday, April 2, 2023. She is survived by one son; and two grandchildren.

Funeral services for Mrs. Alberta Clardy Jett will be held 2:00pm on Sunday, April 16, 2023 at the Hopewell Baptist Church, Laurens, South Carolina with Reverend C. Lamont Jones officiating. Burial will immediately follow in Westview Memorial Park, Laurens, South Carolina.
