Mr. Theodore Payne, age 61 of 965 AB Jacks Road, Clinton, S.C. passed away on Tuesday, December 10, 2019 at the Prisma Health at Greenville Memorial Hospital. He is is survived by his wife, Margaret Richardson Payne of the home; one son; one daughter; one stepdaughter; one step grandchild; four sisters; one brother; and six aunts. Funeral arrangements for Mr. Theodore Payne will be held 2 p.m., Sunday, December 15, 2019 at the St. Vaughnville Baptist Church in Chappells, S.C. with the Reverend Ray Pilgrim officiating, burial to follow in the church cemetery.
