Mr. Scotty Eugene Williams, age 54, of 607 Emily Lane Piedmont, South Carolina died Wednesday, November 18, 2020. Born in Wilson, North Carolina a son of David Lee Williams and Linda Barnes Williams was educated in the public schools of Wake County in Raleigh, North Carolina graduating from Garner High School class of 1984. Furthering his education, in 1990 majoring in Biology he received a Bachelor's of Science degree from Elizabeth City State University. It was his strong passion for higher learning in 2003-2008 he enrolled in Webster University receiving a double Master's degree in Business Administration and Computer Resources and Information Management. He is a member of Lamda Gamma Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc., Spring 1988 and veteran of the United States Army. He is survived by his wife, Sheila Johnson Williams of the home; one son, Darius A. Williams; one daughter, Lauren A. Williams; his parents, David Lee Williams and Linda Barnes Williams both of North Carolina; three brothers, Shaun K. Williams of North Carolina, Daryl W. Williams of Virginia and Jerry L. Merrick of North Carolina; one sister, Rosalind W. (Norbert) Hopkins of Virginia. Celebration of life services will be held privately. The family is at their perspective homes.
