Mrs. Sandra Kaye Brown, age 61, of Greenville, South Carolina, departed this life on February 10, 2019 at Greenville Memorial Hospital. She was the daughter of Jessie May Fletcher and the late George Austin Fletcher, and the wife of the late James Brown. Sandra was employed by the Greenville County School System as an educator at Monarch Elementary School and was a person of faith who lived life serving others as a Deacon at Reedy River Baptist Church. She is survived by her mother and two sons, Corey Chappell of Gardner, North Carolina and Troy Arnold of Mount Pleasant, South Carolina; two step-daughters, Dawn Stone of Belton, South Carolina and Nikki Arnold of Greenville, South Carolina; three brothers, Walter Fletcher of Dallas, Georgia, Maurice Fletcher of Atlanta, Georgia and Marcus Fletcher of Castro Valley, California; three sisters, Gwendolyn Bailey, Rosemary Fletcher and Nikita Harrison all of Greenville, South Carolina; seven grandchildren; and Ruby Bennett, a lifelong friend. A home going celebration will be held at Reedy River Baptist Church on Saturday February 16, 2019 at 1:00 pm. Reverend Jimmy Arnold will deliver words of celebration. Interment will be in Greenville Memorial Gardens. The family is at 103 Timlin Drive, Greenville, South Carolina 29609. Beasley Funeral Home, Greenville, is in charge of arrangements.
