Mr. Rodger Orlando "Grocery Man"� Choice, age 59 of 1406 Chestnut Street Extension, Laurens, SC, died Sunday, December 7, 2014 at his home. Born in Laurens County a son of the late Conklin Choice and Sadie Boyd Choice, he was a member of the Mill Rock Baptist Church, a graduate of Rutledge College and a Army National Guard Veteran. He is survived by one son, Travis Rodriguz Williams of Greenville, SC; four sisters, Carol B. Fortson, Equilla D. Choice of Greenville, SC, Kimberly K. Choice and Paula J. Choice of Laurens, SC; four brothers, Henry E. (Tangie) Choice of Mauldin, SC, Michael L. Choice of Simpsonville, SC, Robert L. Choice of Laurens, SC and Ronnie M. Choice of Greenville, SC. Funeral service will be held 2:30 p.m., Sunday, December 14, 2014 at the Mill Rock Baptist Church with Rev. Sammie Robinson and Rev. Alfred Cleveland. Burial will be in the church cemetery with military rites. The family is at their respective homes. Beasley Funeral Home, Laurens is in charge of arrangements.
