Mrs. Jessie Bell Vance Burroughs, age 76, of 115 Lanceway Drive, Mauldin, passed away Sunday, January 31, 2021 at Upstate Community Hospice House, Landrum, SC . Born in Clinton, SC, she was a daughter of the late Doc Gary and Eloise Burnside Gary. She is survived by her husband, Arthur Burroughs of Philadelphia, PA; three sons, Robert Edward Vance Michael Lee Vance and Russell Allen Vance; one daughter, Rose Ann Neely; two step-sons, Victor Burroughs and Michael Burroughs; one step-daughter, Goldie Burroughs; one brother, George Gary; two sisters, Laura lee Bryson and Joann Burroughs; ten grandchildren; a host of great-grands, nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held 2:30 p.m., Saturday, February 6, 2021 at Beasley Funeral Home Chapel, Fountain Inn. Burial will be in New Liberty Baptist Church Cemetery.
