Miss. Hazel Lee Rice, age 56, of 1944 Langston Road, Clinton, SC, died Wednesday, June 17, 2015 at the Greenville Memorial Hospital. A daughter of Thomas Rice and Annie Mae Byrd Rice, she was a member of the Duncan Creek Baptist Church, Queen Mary Chapter #214 Order of the Eastern Star, a 1979 graduate of Clinton High School and a former employee of the Wal-Mart Distribution Center. She is survived by three sons, Nicholas Rice of the home, Brian (Shanel) Lattimore and Anthony Lattimore of Spartanburg, SC; one brother, Johnny (Martha) Rice of Clinton, SC; five sisters, Dianne (Billy Ray) Smith of Laurens, SC, Annette (Richard) Young of Clinton, SC, Feleshia Cunningham of Fountain Inn, SC, Cornelius Shonta Rice of Gray Court, SC and Elizabeth (Nathaniel) Williams of Michigan and four grandchildren. Funeral service will be held 2 p.m., Sunday, June 21, 2015 at the Duncan Creek Baptist Church, with Rev Derrick Barksdale officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The family is at the home. Beasley Funeral Home, Laurens is in charge of arrangements.
