Mr. George Carter, age 92 formerly of Gray Court, S.C. passed away on Thursday, April 9, 2020 in Brooklyn, New York. He was the husband of the late Mamie Lou Franklin Carter. He is survived by one daughter, Sharon Carter of the home; a host of nieces and nephews. Graveside services for Mr. George Carter will be held on Friday, April 24, 2020 at 12noon at the Westview Memorial Park with Reverend Jim Pyles Jr. officiating. Public viewing will be held from 11:30 until 12. Beasley Funeral Home of Laurens is in charge of the arrangements. The local families are at their respected homes.
