Mr. Charles G. Jones, age 58, entered into eternal rest, Thursday, August 1, 2019 at his home. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Johnny Lee Jones, and sister, Mary Alice Jones He leaves to cherish his memories his wife, Teresa Jones of Woodruff, South Carolina; his loving and devoted daughter, Candice Jones of Woodruff, South Carolina; one son Travis (Kate) Thomas of Hickory Tavern, South Carolina; five grandchildren, Amiyah Quailes, Averleigh Rice, Alivia Jones all of Woodruff, South Carolina, Harper and Parker Thomas both of Hickory Tavern, South Carolina; three sisters, Nellie (Bubber) Byrd of Gray Court, South Carolina, Henrietta Garrett, and Bertha (Bob) Algood both of Greenville, South Carolina; two brothers, Willie B. (Adlean) Jones, and Willie Allen (Lillie) Jones of Gray Court, South Carolina; one aunt, Doris Payne of Gray Court, South Carolina; one uncle Willie Lee (Betsy) Montgomery of Washington, D. C.; a best friend Mr. Bob McChesney of Charlotte, North Carolina; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins , and other relatives and friends. Funeral service will be held 1 p.m., Saturday, August 10, 2091 at the Pleasant View Baptist Church. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Beasley Funeral Home, Fountain Inn is in charge of arrangements.
