Mr. Casper Moon, 89, of 2743 Thompson Road, Fountain Inn, South Carolina, passed away on Wednesday, May 13, 2020. Born in Laurens County, he was a son of the late Martin Moon and Mariah Shell Moon. He is survived by three sons, Mac Arthur Golden of Fountain Inn, Casper (Sarah) Moon, Jr. of Jonesboro, GA and Arthur (Kay Frances) Morgan of Greenville, SC; three daughters, Lara G. Allen of Simpsonville, Ridie (Levi) Shell of the home and Ethel M. Gilliam of Jonesboro, GA; one brother, Jasper Moon of Simpsonville, SC; three sisters, Bessie Johnson, Sarah Moon of Laurens, SC and Eddie Mae Boyd of Washington, DC; a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. A graveside service will be held 2 p.m., Sunday, May 17, 2020 at New Durbin Baptist Church Cemetery. Beasley Funeral Home, Fountain Inn is in charge of arrangements.
