Mr. Calvin Thomas Anderson, age 72, of 232 Gray Drive, Gray Court, died Saturday, June 3, 2017 at his home. Born in Laurens County, a son of the late John Thomas Anderson and Maggie Lee Boyce Anderson, he was a former truck driver. He is survived by his wife, Lucille S. Anderson of the home; one son, Darren MancelAnderson of the home; one daughter, Maggie A. (Frankie) Lindsey of Greenville; one brother, Edward Simpson of Gray Court; three sisters, Minnie Maronie of Laurens, Alma A. (Ellis) Worthy of Laurens and Mattie (Patrick) Connor of Fountain Inn; three grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held 2pm Sunday, June 11, 2017 at the Pleasant View Baptist Church with Rev. Waddy Talley officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The family is at the home. Beasley Funeral Home, Laurens is in charge of arrangements.
