Mrs. Betty Jean Bruster, age 82, of 25 Roosevelt Avenue Greenville, South Carolina. She was born in Fountain Inn, South Carolina a daughter of the late Joe Field and Sue Pearl Bates Fields. She is survived by three sons, Richard Bruster III of Cincinnati, Ohio, Michael W. Bruster and Karl E. Bruster both of Greenville, South Carolina; one daughter, Theresa S. Jones of Greenville, South Carolina; one brother, Percival T. Fields of Boston Massachusetts; one sister, Mariam Hairston-Cooper of Freeport, New York; eight grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held 12:30 p.m., Saturday September 14, 2019 at Rock of Ages Baptist Church with Reverend William Cox officiating. Interment in the Union Baptist Church Cemetery. The family is at the home. Beasley Funeral Home, Greenville is in charge of arrangements.
